Angels and Archangels are interconnected with humankind from the very beginning of our existence. Archangels are considered to be very powerful spiritual beings that assist us with their great abilities as healers and guides and stepping in to assist us with many of life's challenging events.

He is one of seven angels who attend the throne of God and he is the archangel over all the healing angels. Not only healing, but also an angel of science and knowledge. He is the guardian of the Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden. He is also a guide to the underworld. His symbol is the serpent or caduceus (which is also the symbol for healing in western medicine).
Patron Saint: Archangel Gabriel is the patron saint of messengers, communication workers, and postal workers.

Those who are feeling spiritually blocked may benefit from asking for help from Archangel Gabriel and visualising the white ray of purity enveloping them. Archangel Gabriel is also known as a messenger. For example, as Angel Gabriel, he is mentioned in several places in the Old Testament and Bible and was named as the angel who brought messages to Elizabeth and Mary about the forthcoming births of their children, John the Baptist and Jesus of Nazareth. Some texts within art and literature have Archangel Gabriel pictured as being female.
